THE COACH
Meet Coach Jo.
Coach Jo is a certified performance coach specializing in speed, agility, strength development, injury prevention, and athlete confidence. Before transitioning into speed & agility coaching, she spent 12 years as a teacher — an educator's mindset shapes every session.
She has coached several athletes to Division 1 and Division 2 scholarships in track & field, and continues to work with youth athletes across multiple sports to help them move better, compete confidently, and reach their athletic potential through intentional, evidence-based training.
