Common Questions

What sports do you work with?+

I train soccer, softball, baseball, basketball, volleyball, lacrosse, football, tennis, track & field and other team sports. Every session is customized to the demands of the sport.

How many athletes can you train?+

Sessions scale from small groups to full teams. I can accommodate 10–40+ athletes at once with appropriate coach-to-athlete ratios.

Do you travel to our facility?+

Yes. I bring the training directly to your field, court or gym across the East Bay, South Bay and surrounding areas.

What should athletes bring?+

Athletes should bring water, proper footwear for the surface, and any required team gear. I provide the programming and coaching.

How long are sessions?+

Most team sessions run 60–90 minutes depending on team size, age and goals. Custom durations are available.

Can we book multiple sessions?+

Absolutely. Many teams book weekly or bi-weekly sessions throughout the season for consistent development.
