Sport-specific speed, acceleration and agility coaching that transfers from the track to the turf.

How Sessions Run

Each session begins with a dynamic warm-up focused on mobility, mechanics and drills. Athletes are then guided through agility work emphasizing acceleration, deceleration, multi-directional speed and body control. The session finishes with a speed endurance or speed workout, followed by a cool-down.

Session Length

50–75 minutes during the academic year. Summer sessions may run longer.

Group Sizes

Small groups: 2–5 athletes. Large groups: 6–20 athletes (75 minutes).
