Summer Track Camp

A focused summer block to build sprint mechanics, top-end speed and the work capacity to prep for your next season.

When

June 8 – July 23. 1–3pm daily, with optional 3–4pm strength training.

Who

Athletes ages 8–18. Beginner to elite, grouped by age & ability.

Where

Valley Christian High School, San Jose. Outdoor track & turf — rain or shine.
